I just watched a video message released by "Swiftboat Veterans for Truth." A parade of his former comrades in arms talk, one by one, about how he lied to get his medals. Images of all of them in their youth flash on the screen.

The script then changes and they talk about how Kerry betrayed his country. The images now turn to Kerry protesting the Vietnam War.

These men say the truth must come out. I am curious. Why didn't the "truth" need to come out when he ran for Senate? Why did they not accuse him of the "crimes" of which he is now being accused back then?

Why did not these supposed eye-witnesses to Kerry's "lies" to garner medals not speak up back in Vietnam?

This is nothing more than an obvious political ploy and I feel bad for people who are dumb enough to believe it.
